I like to do Zumba videos.

Leslie @ {Tiny Wings}

I jog and do yoga . . . and have recently signed up for the President's Active Lifestyle Award Challenge with my daughter to give BOTH of us the incentive to keep moving! So we're changing up our activities quite a bit to get our hour per day!

i jump and run around on our trampoline..and in the Florida heat...that's a workout! in 10 minutes my face is all red and i am really breathing hard! it's sooo much fun too!

We play a lot of Nintendo Wii Sports, it's a workout in itself ;) We also go for walks, and we like to swim. Thanks!

The best way to stay active is get the kid involved! I've been walking with my kids (while they ride their bike) for a hour a day and they love it. It just feels good to get moving! Thanks for a chance to win!

Just Tweeted about this giveaway and here's the link:

I run after my 2 year old and walk after I put the kids to bed.

playing the wii, and walking down to the park.

Kelly Massman

Well, we have to go to the gym to stay active as anything I do on my feet swell me up and make me limp! But, I'm not giving up!!!! Thanks for a chance to win, also!

Amanda S

I do zumba on the wii and I walk on the treadmill

I do stuff outside the home, but in the home I have a Wii, and I also burn a lot of calories cleaning, cooking, and laundry!

Bailey C

The kids ride bikes almost every evening on our street. Summer brings hiking and biking in the mountains. I take a Kettlebells class 2 days/week and absolutely love it!

Becca Bonneville

Besides running around with the kidlets I love my Kinect and walk/jog on the treadmill.

Lynette Rambousek

I love the variety of classes at our local community center. Go right after work as if it's just part of my workday and love it!

April M

we're trying something new this summer - hiking and rock climbing!

I stay active by chasing 2 and 4 yr olds!

Laura in LA

Cleaning the house! If I know someone is coming over I kick it up a notch.

Always outside, hiking, biking, swimming.. Inside for rainy days.. Turbo Jam!

I have 3 year old quadruplets & an 8 year old son so we are ALWAYS on the go or outside playing or swimming!

Wii "Just Dance 2"...it's a great workout within the comfort of my home!

Jessica P.

I stay active by biking everywhere!

Elizabeth Flowers

Staying active has become such a fun focus for me over the last several months. I've started tennis lessons from our rec department, late evening walks with my hubby after the kids are in bed, treadmill walking, swimming WITH the kids, gardening...anything to get moving because an absolute workout schedule that must be kept each week is just not happening with my busy family.

I Zumba!! Yay. And chase the grandkids, play with the grandkids, garden, mow the yard, and whatever else I can do to stay active! :)

I do a bootcamp and Pure Barre. And, take my beagle for walks.

Nicole F.

With baby on the way, walking has been my main exercise. Excited to try this new deo too! :)

It's too hot to do things outside during the day (and I have yet to clean out the kiddie pool and make it useable), so the boys and I dance, do work out videos together, and chase each other around the house. It works. :)

I try and do a workout video 3xs a week. The kids sometimes do part of it with me which helps. It's too hot here in the summer, but in the winter we walk all the time. I wish we could walk to stores, but they are all too far.

I mostly chase our kids around, then I pack and haul equipment and entertainment to all the kids games. We also do a lot of swimming, and sweating in the sun ;)

Meredith Salmon

I have just started the TurboFire series and love it. I also get out for a 2mile run a few times a week. If is is later I push my toddler in the stroller and my oldest rides his bike. As a family we love to play soccer on the front lawn.
Has taken me a while, but I think I finally love exercising.

I struggle with staying active. It is so humid where we live that it's tough to be outside during the day. I am trying to walk at least 3-4 days a week. I am also trying to make my family stay active by going to the park or walking with me.

My boys aren't out of school yet, but when they are, I'm going to let them sleep an extra hour while my husband's still home and get out and walk. I've slacked off for the last few months...it's time to get back on the wagon...errr...walk next to it!

I'm using the couch to 5K program to run in my first 5K since my son was born (I've since had a daughter too....so it's been a while)!

Jodi @ The Un-Soccermom Blog

It's all about the Wii and our pool!! Especially since we experience highs of over 100 degrees in So.GA.

Too many people having heat strokes lately and I don't want to be one of them! lol

I am a college athlete, so i live and breathe being active. Even when I am not in season, I try to exercise daily either riding bike or running.

I have started working on the elliptical daily, for about a half an hour. Other than that, cleaning and taking care of 5 kids :)

I love doing jilian michaels 30 day shred!!! Hope I win...

I joined up with my husbands gym,i have to lose 50 pounds, ive been on blood pressure meds, and i dont like how i feel, also were going on a road trip july 4th to Tennesse for my dads suprise 70TH!!!
So im determined to get healthy......:)

We have been swimming a lot and I always feel better after a bit in the pool. It is way too hot to be outside here (103+)so anything inside or in the pool is good. I also like to do workout dvd's.

Laura Phelps

Jillian's 20 minute work out! JUST 20 MINUTES! I spend that on blogs...or flipping channels, or looking at a magazine. No excuse to not do it. Luke always joins in for the cool down!

And I just so happened to have just gotten back from Target with a new BIKINI. Jillian man. It works :-)
And if Nick is home earlier enough, I go for a run..

can't wait to hear if you smell or not...!

Kate @ Songs Kate Sang

We have been swimming and playing kinect (did I spell that right?)!

My husband and I go on walks every evening. At 35 weeks pregnant, this is the most I can do to stay active :)

I tweeted :)

We walk the dog frequently and go to a school that is very close to ride bikes and play ball.

Jen N.

I walk/jog at least 3 miles at least 3/week. My hubby does the same, so he's a great motivator.

I walk several times a week with my dog and BFF

i chase my three little boys around the house all day and we take a family walk around the neighborhood every evening after dinner.

It's difficult with 6 kids, but we go for a nightly walk/bike ride. I try to get up in the morning and do some Jillian Michaels.

Secret Mom Thoughts

I stay active by going to the gym and using the at home elliptical machine.

I run 3 miles 4 days a week and either do power bar or 9 miles of bike riding 2 days a week and take Fridays off. My girls play soccer and I used to ..miss that and I always try to encourage them to go running with me but noone gets too excited about that

Esther Dee

Meg, I run and swim. I sweat alot while running, and quite honestly I have not been to happy with my deodorant, not working as well now that its warmer here, so I will give this a try. Thanks for the wonderful tips :)

I just picked Degree up and I'm loving it. We have been heading to the local parks to go for a hike.

I load the kids in the jogging stroller and run 2 miles a day! Great workout!

I'm not sure there's a way to be less active at home. We're constantly doing the run around here & there. Although, at night I really enjoy doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Gets me to work through a wider range of activities.

Jess Mead

I don't have to do much other than chase my three year old around. He keeps me on my toes and VERY active!

rachel beverlin

I saw this deodorant in one of my magazines and am so excited to try it out. Since we live in the middle of nowhere, we like to take walks anywhere we can...mostly the post office and park. It gets there wiggles out and I feel a lot better afterwards too.

I chase after my child and four animals!

Renae Willey

We keep active...golf, softball, basketball, dance, you name it.

I try to work out (WII fir/or execise ball CD) 20 to 30 minutes every morning..(6 days a week). I started this about 3 months a ago and am down 25 pounds..by doing it every morning I know I get it done, and that way if I am energetic later in the day, I can go a for a long walk at night!

I love to go for a walk on the trails near my house and also do Jillian Michaels DVDs.

Haha - I love that you can earn motionMiles by grocery shopping or catching the bus...as that would be the extent of my "staying active". That and walking about 17 jillion miles a day just doing errands and chores around the house!

Katie Fisher

My husband is a Zumba instructor so I go to his classes whenever I can. I'm not very good at it so I make him teach me the routines ahead of time!

Kimberlee Jost

How do I LIKE to keep active?
I don't like to, but I have to.
Jillian Michaels and the treadmill.
At least the treadmill doesn't want to bite me.

Treadmill, Spinning on my Spin Bike in the basement always glad when that 45 minutes is done.

Zumba (I'm obsessed!) and Body Pump classes...at least 3x/week for Zumba and a couple time for body pump (early winter I had it up to 7x/week between the two classes...spring and summer killed it, so I'm working back up to it now...

I finally picked up the Zumba for Wii too, for those really bad days that I can't get to the gym...

natalie (the sweets life)

i SIT at work ALL day so when I get home I sit as little as possible!!...I already exercise daily but I try to add in a lot of extra stuff in the evenings...walking places with my husband, cleaning, etc!

Stacy M

It is so hot here I walk/jog on my treadmill inside while watching the Today Show. My husband just ordered a new weight bench and weights so that should be fun too.

i run, run, run!
run after my kids,
run to do errands,
run to make supper...
ha ha!
and best of all...
i lace up my shoes and run outside by myself!!!
i LOVE to run!
just finished my 2nd half marathon this past weekend.
summer is the BEST!!!!! :)

jessica kiehn

I'm a runner! Track speed workouts, distance runs, I love it all. Also, chasing after my 16 month old keeps the calories burning!

I have been walking on my lunch breaks at work. I have a pool at my apartment complex and it's about time I learned how to swim! I heard swimming is an awesome way to get fit.

deb meyers

I run from the basement to the top floor. 3 times roundtrip is usual.

deb meyers

P90x and the whole raising babies thing, keeps my life a moving target.

Diana Yarborough

Yoga DVDs at home

Laine Chambers

I walk and swim for exercise. And garden. And hang laundry. And chase my little people. =P Our yard is three acres and it's a 1/4 mile just to get to our mailbox. So we are on the move a lot! Right now though I can't do any major exercise though since I'm expecting our fourth and I have to take it kind of easy. Thanks for such a nice giveaway!

I have a 10 year old daughter and an autistic 8 year old son, plus my husband, myself, two dogs, four cats, a goldfish tank and a parrot. I am never sitting still! If I'm not out running errands or hauling kids or animals to the doctor, I'm running around the house like a madwoman, trying to keep it presentable. It's a losing battle, but it keeps me busy!

I do Jillian Michaels dvds in the morning. She just about kills me. I do it with the sound down and instead playing a favorite cd :-) If I get up early enough I can do it in peace, but if I wait too long then I have one of the kids needing something or the 3 year old trying to do it too or the dog loping around getting in the way. So I try to get up early but sometimes you just do what you have to do! We also like to take kids on bike rides and lots of walks in the summer.

I get up at 5 am and walk the neighborhood :)

i try to walk 4 times a week with a friend...we keep each other motivated...she is on vacation this week tho...

I get up early every day and walk my neighborhood, plus I chase my 4 boys.

I walk while listening to the velvet voice of Ira Glass on This American Life!

I try to stay active by taking a nature walk after work with my 1 year old daughter, or hopping on our new bikes, complete with baby trailer and going until our legs are numb. It's easy in the spring and summer, and not so much in the fall and winter. (We live in MI)...

My two-year-old and I like to have dance parties in the afternoon and I make a real effort to move my whole body and jump around a lot - a real workout.

I run the local errands with the kids in the double jogger. Like trips to the library or post office with fun stops along the way for the kids (and me) at the park and/or hotdog stand.

we are fortunate to live near our city bike trails, so we take every opportunity to get out there and run, bike or walk as a family and explore the beautiful nature around us. We also love hiking! -- Carrie

Lisa B

I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant, so just chasing after our 5 and 3 year old is the best I am doing to stay active for the next few weeks!!

Jennifer S

Run run run :) Usually with 2 kiddos on bikes too.

I walk with a friend every morning. I get some exercise and some "me" time, too!

I'm starting back up on my p90x dvd's... as well as trying to run 3 miles 3x a week. e a 10 month old who is JUST starting to crawl. He's keeping be busy! Thanks for the chance to win!!

Lee Ann

Run! I'm training for my first half marathon in September!!!!

Lynda@Me and My Pink Mixer

I always take the stairs - hate elevators! I also enjoy my walks in our neighborhood in the evening, especially now since it's nice and warm!

I love Zumba and we have a class twice a week. The other days I am doing the couch 2 5k running program.

kim york

Chasing my 2(soon to be 3) year old :)

I play tennis at a local park where my kids can play on the playground, skateboard in the (fairly) empty parking lot, play tennis themselves, basketball, or just run around in the woods and "discover". I love it!!

I play while the kids are playing. Even if it's half hearted running while they play tag etc. I also walk around the park when they're there. taking the dog for a walk.

Playing with kiddos and doing Wii Fit (EA Active) after they go to bed! :)

Joanne B

we have started to go for walks on the beach .A half hour one way then turn around and head back, it doesn't feel so long when you are enjoying the ocean breeze!

I have been working out for the past 3 weeks, early in the morning before my kids (ages, 6, 4 and 22months) wake up. It's been a drag not to sleep in, but I am feeling better and sleeping better. Yay!
